  Apartments Isla de Lobos - Lanzarote

ISLA DE LOBOS apartments, which has the official rating of 2 keys, are ideally situated in the heart of Puerto del Carmen, at 150 meters from "La Playa Blanca", the main beach, and "La Avenida de las Playas, which is the biggest leisure area of Lanzarote, where you can find a wide range of shops, bars or restaurants. You can find this fantastic tourist resort at 7 kms from the airport and 14 kms from the capital, Arrecife.

The outside, as well as the inside, of this complex has been recently renovated (August 2004). It consists out of 26 units divided between 1 and 2-bedroom apartments. It has the perfect advantage of being perfectly situated in a peaceful place, the best choice for families or couples looking for quiet holidays, although it´s so close to the main avenue.

The whole complex follows all the security rules, such as smoke detectors, minimum heights in balconies and handrails, emergency lights or fire extinguisher.

If you have any question or request, the reception is available for you from 09:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. But we also have an 24-hour emergency number for transfers.

You can also enjoy our swimming pool for adults,
with fresh water, heated in Winter, with sunbeds, parasols and sunbedcushions.

Our apartments are for 3 or 5 people.

The one bedroom apartments are 45m2 and the two bedroom apartments 60m2 plus terrace or balcony, they have a well-equipped kitchen (digital vitro electric hob, microwave oven with grill, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, luxury cutlery with their wine glasses, iron cutlery.), a complete bathroom (with shower, toilet, mirror, hair dryer.), one or two bedroom with two beds on each (with mirror-door wardrobe, iron and board.) and a wonderful and luminous living room (with a very comfortable sofa, safe for rent, Sat-TV.) and terrace or balcony (with table, chairs and cushions).

The apartments are cleaned five times a week, the towels are changed 3 times a week and the bed sheets are changed once a week.

In its total, the complex is perfectly-equipped corresponding to the highest category of establishments.
